By using Gymco you agree to these terms. If you got Gymco from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice
Gymco gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or coach. Food and calorie estimates, including AI estimates, are approximate. Talk to a health professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop exercising if you feel pain and seek help if it persists.
Gymco Pro subscriptions
- Gymco Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your account
An account is optional. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. You can delete your account at any time.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer it, and no use of the AI features to process content that isn't food. AI photo logging has a daily limit.
Your content
What you log is yours. We only use it to run the features you ask for, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Gymco is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from following guidance in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Gymco after a change means you accept it.
