Delete your account

You can delete your Gymco account and its backup at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Gymco and go to Me → Account.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete account and backup.

Your account, email address, backup and photo-logging counter are deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@gymcoapp.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its backup within 7 days and confirm by email.

What happens to the data on your phone

Deleting the account does not touch the diary on your phone. To erase that too, go to Me → Your data → Delete everything, or simply delete the app.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you. Anonymous crash reports (which never contain your logs) expire automatically after 90 days. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google, not by us.
